Biography

Lucas W. Otto was born in Iowa and has resided in Jasper County for most of his life. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in 2008 and his law degree, Cum Laude, from Drake Law School in 2011.

Lucas was admitted to the State Bar of Iowa in 2011 and is engaged in general practice. Lucas is also a certified mediator in the 5th Judicial District of Iowa and has training and experience through both Sovern Mediation Training with Steve Sovern and the Drake Law School Legal Clinic with Kimberly Stamatelos.
