Biography

Mr. Salganek is a Santa Fe native and a Director in the Santa Fe office. He focuses on complex motion and appellate practice, and represents clients in administrative proceedings, state and federal courts, and appellate courts. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Salganek clerked at the New Mexico Court of Appeals. Mr. Salganek received his J.D. from the University of New Mexico in 2009, where he served as Managing Editor of the Natural Resources Journal. Mr. Salganek received his B.A. from Ft. Lewis College (cum laude). Mr. Salganek is a science fiction buff, and loves classical music.
