Lydia has significant experience in
qui tam actions and government investigations, representing whistleblowers in matters involving allegations of fraud against the government. Her whistleblower work includes matters arising under the federal False Claims Act, as well as cases under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the IRS and SEC whistleblower programs, the Financial Institutions Anti-Fraud Enforcement Act of 1990, and other Department of Justice whistleblower initiatives. She has vast experience collaborating with the U.S. Department of Justice and other government agencies in connection with fraud investigations, with particular experience in procurement and defense contracting matters.
