Biography

Lyn is a skilled and knowledgeable attorney with over 30 years of experience in family law. In the first four years of Lyn's legal career, she practiced as a corporate and securities law attorney before devoting her practice to family law. Lyn commenced her training in Collaborative Law Practice in 2002 and, since that time has attended additional and extensive trainings throughout the United States and Australia. Over the past fourteen years, Lyn has represented many clients in the Collaborative Law Process to help them explore creative solutions as they transition from one household to two households.   Lyn has worked with clients on a wide range of family law issues, and she has helped to resolve difficult situations with innovative techniques and a commitment to open discussions between parties. Lyn is dedicated to finding a personalized solution for each client because she understands that each situation is unique.     Lyn combines her experience and skill with compassion and an instinct for understanding a family’s needs and interests.  Where there are children involved, Lyn’s focus is on the best interests of the children.
