Biography

Lyndsay Schooley is Counsel in Farris’ Corporate Finance and Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions and Mining law practice groups. Lyndsay brings over 15 years of experience advising both public and private clients in connection with corporate finance matters, securities regulation, mergers & acquisitions transactions, corporate governance and shareholder rights, with a strong emphasis on the natural resources sector. Lyndsay is the former Vice Chair of the Securities Law Section of the British Columbia branch of the Canadian Bar Association and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada directory since 2019 in the areas of Securities and Corporate law. She is also recognized by Lexpert as a leading lawyer in the Corporate Finance and Securities sector.
