Biography

Lyndsey Christina Griffin is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office. Her practice is focused on the first party representation of insurance carriers in automobile windshield defense lawsuits, personal injury protection (PIP) litigation (breach of contract claims and declaratory actions) and the representation of insurance carriers and insureds in underinsured/uninsured motorist cases. Ms. Griffin also defends employers against employment and labor law claims, including claims involving discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, wage and hour, civil rights, breach of contract, negligent retention, negligent hiring, sexual harassment, non-compete agreements, trade secrets and intellectual property, Florida Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and class actions.

Ms. Griffin has an extensive business background, focused on both marketing and technology. In law school, she focused her education on business law, during which time she enjoyed an internship with the In-House Counsel at Duke Energy. Following law school, she began a solo practice specializing in estate planning, probate, and business law, where she handled matters such as contracts, regulatory issues, and employment litigation.
