Lyndsey Mott O'Connell, Esq.

Lyndsey specializes in litigation stemming from real estate, construction and business disputes. She also works to provide counsel in transactions and business formation. Lyndsey uses her experience as a real estate broker and in the construction industry to navigate the intricacies that these fields involve. Lyndsey represents buyers, sellers, contractors, design professionals, subcontractors and everyone in between. She has successfully taken many cases to trial, but prides herself in efficient, effective and respectful pre-trial negotiation on behalf of her clients.

Lyndsey is a member of the CBA Real Estate Section Executive Council and was recently recognized as a 2022 Super Lawyer Rising Star. When she is not in the courtroom, she utilizes her time by working pro bono for Colorado residents impacted by the Denver County affordable housing litigations, teaching courses to brokers and other attorneys regarding current real estate issues and being materially involved in the legislative process as it relates to the formation and updates of real estate law.
