Ms. Phillip is fearless as a litigator. This can be a great quality for a family law attorney. I believe she cares about her clients and wants to do good work. However, she does a poor job of analyzing which cases belong in court and which do not. She frequently selects an aggressive strategy without first analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the case.
