Biography

Lynn St. Louis is an Elder Law Attorney, providing legal counsel on Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Long-Term Care.  Lynn's practice offers life care planning services to assist clients and their loved ones through the myriad of legal and social issues in order to find, keep, and pay for quality long-term care. Through implementation of Medicaid Asset Preservation Strategies®, families can preserve substantial assets and obtain Medicaid long-term care benefits.    As an Elder Law Attorney, Lynn seeks to honor and protect seniors' autonomy and wishes through life planning documents such as Durable Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives (Living Wills). Through Wills and other estate planning services, Lynn provides clients with peace of mind, knowing that their wishes will be carried out and their estates will not be unnecessarily depleted.   Lynn is a 1985 graduate of the University of Washington School of Law. She moved to Spokane in 2006 and is currently listed in Washington’s Top Lawyers. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and its Elder Law Section, the Spokane County Bar and the Spokane Estate Planning Council, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), is a Past President of the Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (WAELA), and was honored as the 2008 Member of the Year of the Washington Chapter of NAELA for outstanding achievement. Lynn is currently a director on the board of WAELA. She is also AV rated, meaning she is one of only 5% of women lawyers to be selected for the Bar Registry of Pre-Eminent Women Lawyers.
