Robert “Bob” DeCotiis helped shape the practice of municipal law, redevelopment, land use, government relations, and public policy throughout New Jersey. As founder of DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP, he transformed a vision of client-centered, results-driven representation into one of New Jersey's most respected law firms.
Beyond his many professional accomplishments, Mr. DeCotiis is widely recognized for his commitment to mentorship and leadership development.
