Biography

Steve has been practicing law since 1979. He has experience in various areas of international business, and has built relationships with prestigious clients over years of dedicated practice.

Steve has diverse experience including representing foreign and U.S. based multinational companies and their shareholders in banking, finance, petrochemicals, travel, real estate, agriculture, and technology. His established relationships allow him the extensive use of tax treaties and a network of professionals in strategic disciplines around the world. He is admitted to practice law in New York State including U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, New Jersey including U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and the U.S Tax Court.

Steve graduated with an AB in Economics from Rutgers University, he is a CPA and holds a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School.
