MacGregor Malloy: Attorney with Preszler Injury Lawyers

Biography

MacGregor was born and raised in Nova Scotia and handles Maritime personal injury claims while working out of the Preszler office in Dartmouth. He obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Arts in Philosophy from Dalhousie University, and then went on to obtain his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie. MacGregor articled at Preszler and was hired as an associate lawyer after being called to the Nova Scotia bar in June 2024. He feels that he has quickly found his niche in the legal field working at Preszler.

Plaintiff’s side personal injury is a perfect environment for MacGregor to build on his interests in strategy, risk assessment, valuation, negotiation, and persuasive advocacy. He finds that every case presents unique opportunities for him to use research skills and to build on his understanding and experience. MacGregor takes pride in ensuring that every part of a claim is well-considered and that no compensation is left on the table.

Outside of practicing law, MacGregor enjoys playing board games and card games with loved ones. He has been interested in cars and computers since he was a boy. To relax, he likes to travel to the countryside to find paths to hike and lakes to swim, and to be tucked away with a good book in front of a fire in the winter.
