Mackenzie Willis: Attorney with Beal Law Firm, PLLC

Biography

“I became an attorney with the main goal of helping others. Throughout law school I realized that there is a large population of people who are underserved, and I want to be able to serve these communities.

Family Law is an area of the law that I enjoy because I personally understand the impact that a Family Law case can have on an entire family. I want to be able to use my knowledge of the law and empathy to make the difficult process just a little easier for clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading, and traveling to new places with my husband Zach.”

Mackenzie joined the Beal Law Firm in June of 2023. Prior to this, Mackenzie started her career at a firm where she confirmed that she was passionate about family law and wanted to pursue this area of law.

In 2019, Mackenzie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science cum laude with a minor in Psychology from Northern Arizona University, in Flagstaff, Arizona. While there, she was part of the Honors college, worked on a city council campaign, and volunteered at a shelter for victims of domestic violence.

Upon graduating, Mackenzie attended Baylor University School of Law where she earned a Juris Doctor in July 2022. During law school, she completed a judicial externship at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
