Biography

Madelein Joubert is a senior associate in WSHB's Tampa office. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage.

Madelein earned both her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws from Florida International University College of Law. While attending law school, she served as a representative of the Student Board Association, president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and treasurer for Environmental Law.

Her previous experience includes working as an Assistant State Attorney for the 12th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Sarasota, Florida. While in this position, Madelein conducted depositions, investigations, motion hearings, negotiations, and restitution research and hearings in a variety of cases, including county ordinance violations, driving under the influence, domestic violence, narcotics, and cyberstalking.
