Biography

Madeleine Lamb’s legal, business, communications, and advocacy background provides her with essential skills to assist clients in a broad spectrum of legal matters. A native of Franklin, Tennessee, Madeleine brings an innate understanding, knowledge, and love of the local community to her law practice.

Madeleine developed a passion for estate planning, family law, and tort law during law school and as a participant in Cole Law Group’s Summer Associate Program. She now represents clients in litigation and non-litigation matters, including but not limited to will and trust drafting, estate contests, adult guardianships and conservatorships, divorce, child custody, and privacy and defamation.

Madeleine is always committed to protecting and advocating for her clients’ best interests, whether in court or through an alternate form of dispute resolution. Clients benefit from her work ethic, attention to detail, objectivity, and sincere empathy. She understands and appreciates that every case is different and is devoted to creating and executing litigation strategies unique to each matter.

Madeleine earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi, where she was selected to the Moot Court Board, a premier appellate advocacy group at the University of Mississippi School of Law. Her academic honors include initiation into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective honor society for all academic disciplines, with membership limited to the top 10% of graduate students. Madeleine was also awarded lifetime membership in The International Legal Honor Society Phi Delta Phi. Madeleine gained further legal experience as a Student Extern at the United States Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Mississippi.

Before attending law school, Madeleine received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ole Miss with a major in Marketing and Communication Strategy and a minor in French Language. She is also a proud graduate of Brentwood Academy in Brentwood, TN.

When she is not practicing law, Madeleine enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband Ethan and their golden retriever, Toast.
