Biography

Maddie Boyles is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’ s Dallas office. Maddie advises on a wide variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, disposition, leasing, and development of office, multi-family, multi-use, retail, and industrial properties throughout the United States. She reviews title, survey, and due diligence items for real estate lending and acquisitions of commercial properties, and drafts purchase and sale contracts, closing documents, and other various contracts related to the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate properties.
