Biography

Madison Levine joined Sugarman, Susskind, Braswell and Herrera P.A. in 2021. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Miami Law School, Madison joined the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office as an Assistant State Attorney in 2019. In her time with the State Attorney’s Office, Madison gained invaluable trial experience and was lead attorney in several jury trials. She prepared witnesses, victims, and police officers for testimony in complex dispositive pre-trial motions and trial. Her daily interactions with County and Circuit Court judges sharpened her litigation skills and persuasive tactics, which she is now able to apply to labor dispute hearings and cases before federal and state courts, arbitrators, administrative proceedings as well as the National Labor Relations Board. Madison is passionate about advocating for employee rights and ensuring that employee wages are fair, safe working conditions are provided, and pension and health benefits protected.

Madison also enjoys all aspects of the legal profession and is a published author on several topics. As a member of the University of Miami Law Review (UMLR), she was provided the opportunity to write an in-depth piece on biometric identification and privacy rights, which was published in UMLR volume 73.

In her free time, Madison is a hot yoga instructor and loves to travel.
