Magdalene Eallonardo is a member of the Litigation Group in Greenberg Traurig’s Northern Virginia office and focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has particular experience representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and sureties in construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, design and defect disputes, payment and performance bond obligations, and default terminations.Magdalene is also knowledgeable in the federal contracting framework, handling bid protests and claims brought under the Contract Disputes Act and Federal Acquisition Regulation.Magdalene handles litigation in state and federal courts across the country, as well as before boards of contract appeals and administrative forums.
