Biography

Maham Fatima Shariq is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office. Ms. Shariq focuses her practice in the areas of general civil litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, premises liability, security negligence, medical malpractice, sex trafficking/human trafficking civil defense, trucking accident defense and vehicle negligence.

Ms. Shariq completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. She later attended Nova Southeastern University where she then earned her Juris Doctor degree.

While in law school Ms. Shariq was a Law Clerk at a large plaintiff personal injury firm in Fort Lauderdale. During her time there, she worked closely with the litigation team and went on to successfully complete her Civil Litigation Clinic within her department. Her experience from her time spent working up personal injury cases has allowed her to obtain a unique perspective which she is able to use to her clients' advantage.
