Biography

Mallory vigorously defends her clients in criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to felony sex assaults and homicides, and Title IX cases at universities where students are alleged to have engaged in sexual or violent misconduct. Mallory has been successful in obtaining several major felony dismissals and not guilty verdicts in jury and bench trials. • May 10, 2021: Original charge of Felony 1st-Degree Sex Assault reduced to Misdemeanor Assault (no sex offender registration); Client sentenced to a monetary fine only.

• April 15, 2021: Not Guilty Verdict following 5-day jury trial on one count of Felony First Degree Sexual Assault

• March 15, 2021: Dismissal of Felony Assault by Strangulation and Habitual Criminal

• January 22, 2021: Dismissal of Felony Domestic Violence

• September 25, 2020: Nebraska Supreme Court Win- Court Affirms Three Consecutive Dismissals of charges related to allegations of Felony Distribution of CBD Oil

• September 23, 2020: Dismissal of First Degree Sexual Assault Charge

• August 5, 2020: Not Guilty Verdict following 3-day jury trial on one count of Statutory Rape.

• May 7, 2020: Original charge of Felony 3rd-Degree Sex Assault on a Child reduced to Misdemeanor Disturbing the Peace (no sex offender registration); Client sentenced to Probation.

• February 10, 2020: Not Guilty Verdict following bench trial on one count of Misdemeanor Sexual Assault

• January 3, 2020: Not Guilty Verdict following bench trial on one count of Misdemeanor Domestic Violence (Disorderly Conduct)

• October 28, 2019: Original charge of Felony 3rd-Degree Sex Assault on a Child reduced to Misdemeanor Assault (no sex offender registration) and Misdemeanor Child Abuse (no sex offender registration); Client sentenced to Probation.

• September 10, 2019: Original charge of Felony 1st-Degree Sex Assault reduced to Misdemeanor Assault (no sex offender registration); Client sentenced to Probation.

• June 7, 2019: Not Guilty Verdict following 2-day bench trial on one count of Felony Sex Assault of a Child in the Third Degree

• February 15, 2019: Not Guilty Verdict following 4-day jury trial on one count of Felony Sex Assault in the First Degree

• December 12, 2018: Not Guilty Verdict following 3-day jury trial on one count of Third Degree Sexual Assault

• September 4, 2018: Dismissal of First Degree Murder Charge

• April 26, 2018: Not Guilty Verdict following 4-day jury trial on one count of Felony Third Degree Sexual Assault of a Child

• December 19, 2017: Not Guilty Verdict on all counts following 4-day jury trial on one count of Felony First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, one count of Pandering and one count of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor

• September 22, 2017: Dismissal of First Degree Sex Assault Charge.

• August 9, 2017: Dismissal of Accessory to Homicide.

• December 19, 2016: Dismissal of Protection Order filed against client following 1-day evidentiary hearing

• May 12, 2014: Not Guilty Verdict following bench trial on one count of Misdemeanor Child Abuse, one count of Misdemeanor Assault, and one count of Failure to Appear

• March 12, 2014: Not Guilty Verdict on all counts following 3-day jury trial on drive-by shooting charge (one county Discharge Firearm Near Vehicle, one count Use of a Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony, one county Possession of Firearm by Prohibited Person, and Habitual Criminal)

• October 24, 2013: Dismissal of Felony Possession with Intent to Distribute 10+ pounds of Marijuana, following Court’s Order sustaining Motion to Suppress Evidence after hearing on the same.

• August 2, 2013: Not Guilty Verdict following 3-day jury trial on one count of Felony Assault by Strangulation
