Biography

Mallory is an associate in the Advocacy & Litigation group, with a focus on estate litigation and family law litigation and agreements.

Mallory earned her J.D. at Queen’s University in 2021. Mallory obtained a Certificate in Public International Law from the Bader International Study Centre. She was a caseworker with the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic (QPLC) where she represented federal inmates at Disciplinary Court proceedings and assisted with constitutional challenges and human rights complaints.

Before joining Farris in 2022, Mallory articled at an international law firm in Vancouver.
