Biography

Mandana was born and raised in Tehran, Iran, where she first attended law school. She then continued her legal education in Canada, earning Master’s degrees in Comparative Law from McGill University and Canadian Common Law from the University of Toronto.

Mandana began her legal career specializing in international arbitration in Iran. She later joined a leading European law firm based in Germany, where she led the M&A legal team. In this role, she advised and represented multinational corporations and major European manufacturers in M&A transactions and other aspects of their investment projects.

After making Canada her home in 2018, Mandana fulfilled all requirements to practice law in Ontario and was called to the bar in 2020. Before joining Hull & Hull LLP, she gained litigation experience at boutique litigation firms in downtown Toronto.
