Biography

Marc Cafasso is a litigation attorney in Morgan and Morgan’s Boston office representing clients in a wide variety of catastrophic personal injury cases. Marc attended Union College in Schenectady, New York, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in Spanish. While at Union, Marc was a member of the football team. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. Marc was sworn into the Massachusetts Bar Association in 2021.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Marc worked at other personal injury firms throughout Boston, Connecticut, and New York. Marc handled a variety of cases including motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death claims, premises liability claims, and dog bite claims. He brings his experience to Morgan & Morgan focusing his efforts on zealously representing his clients.

When not in the office, Marc enjoys being active by participating in workout classes or riding his bike around the city. Marc also enjoys spending time with his family and their 4 dogs in Connecticut.
