Biography

Marc Henig earned his law degree at New York Law School and was admitted to practice in 1998. He focuses in the areas of Estate Planning and Trust and Estate Administration. His past experiences include Civil Litigation including trials and arbitrations with No-Fault Insurance matters.

Marc retired from the New York City Police Department after 21 years in the rank of Captain. During his tenure within the Department, he conducted numerous administrative trials as well as extensive investigations for the NYPD.

Marc is admitted to practice in New York as well as Connecticut. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts as well as the United States Supreme Court. Marc is affiliated with the NYS and Nassau County Bar Associations.

In his spare time, Marc is an active volunteer firefighter and an American Heart Association CPR instructor with a background as a NYS paramedic for 35 years.
