Biography



Marc G. Rosenberg has been practicing corporate law for over 15 years and is a member of the firm’s corporate and securities department. Mr. Rosenberg has been responsible for numerous financing transactions, including public and private offerings as well as venture capital transactions. In such transactions he has represented issuers, underwriters and investors. He has represented technology and Internet clients together with clients in traditional industries.

Mr. Rosenberg’s experience also includes mergers and acquisitions, general securities matters, limited liability companies, shareholder agreements, licensing agreements, equity and debt financings and real estate matters. Mr. Rosenberg received a B.S. in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany in 1979, a J.D. from Boston University in 1983 and an LL.M. in taxation from New York University in 1989.
