Biography

Marc Battipaglia is an associate attorney at Rubenstein & Rynecki, Esqs. Marc focuses his practice on serious personal injury and civil rights matters. Marc is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. He has nearly ten years of experience and plans on continuing to fight for the compensation victims deserve. Marc will often be found participating in demonstrations, attending community meetings and mentoring the youth on how to build a positive image of oneself in order to pay it forward to others. Marc’s desire to seek Justice never sleeps.

Prior to working at Rubenstein and Rynecki, Esqs., Marc worked at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and for the prestigious criminal defense attorney, Gerald DiChiara, who specialized in defending allegations of organized crime, racketeering and other felonies.

Marc obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School and holds his bachelor’s degree in economics and philosophy from Emory University. He is a recipient of the Schneps Media King of Kings award. He has also received an Honorary Doctorate of Humanities from Reverend Kevin McCall of Anointed by God Ministries. Marc is also a member of the New York State Chaplain Task Force.

Marc was born and raised in New York. Along with his passion for seeking Justice, Marc is an avid and exceptional golfer.
