Marc S. Wiesner

Marc S. Wiesner, an esteemed attorney with a wealth of litigation and trial experience, transitioned his focus to championing the tangible goals of real clients after honing his skills working alongside local and federal prosecutors. A proud native of California's Santa Clara County, Marc graduated with honors from Santa Clara University, where he distinguished himself with awards for outstanding performance in various courses, including Advocacy. His commitment to excellence extended to representing Santa Clara University in the prestigious Vis International Commercial Arbitration competition. Notably, Marc's legal acumen earned him the Herman Wildman Social Justice Writing Award for his groundbreaking analysis of human trafficking laws, a work later cited by the New York State Bar Association in their evaluation of New York state's human trafficking protections.

From 2011 to 2014, Marc collaborated closely with Superior Court Judges, Federal Prosecutors, and District Attorneys, handling a diverse array of criminal matters ranging from petty theft and vehicle code violations to serious offenses such as rape, possession of child pornography, narcotics possession, homicides, and white-collar crimes.
