Marc S. Ehrlich is a founding member of Reif Law Group, P.C., a boutique firm comprised of seasoned and accomplished professionals specializing in litigation and trial practice. Mr. Ehrlich has extensive courtroom and appellate experience, and he has achieved favorable results for his clients in all phases of litigation, and on appeal. Mr. Ehrlich has a special focus on writs, post-trial motions and appeals.Mr. Ehrlich represents the firm’s clients in professional liability matters involving accountants and auditors, attorneys and law firms, architects and engineers, estate planners, financial professionals, insurance professionals (agents, agencies and issuers) and real estate professionals (auctioneers, agents, brokers, financiers, lenders and escrow officers) in professional negligence, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud lawsuits.Mr. Ehrlich also represents the securities and financial services industries in all types of lawsuits and arbitrations, including disputes with customers, vendors and insurers. He litigates financial product cases, shareholder derivative actions, and class actions.As part of his securities and financial services practice, Mr. Ehrlich is experienced in handling securities arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and American Arbitration Association, representing securities firms, their management personnel and registered representatives in proceedings brought by customers, FINRA members, and FINRA.Mr. Ehrlich also has experience representing clients in matters involving trademark and copyright disputes, trade secrets and unfair competition, as well as right of publicity matters.Mr. Ehrlich received his B.A. from Pomona College in 1992, cum laude, with dual majors in English Literature and Government. He received his M.A from The Johns Hopkins University in 1995 with a concentration in Political Theory. He received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 1998. And, he served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Virginia A.
