Biography

Mr. Roberts was a partner in a major Suffolk County law firm until 1997, when he established his own practice concentrating in matrimonial law and family law. He has over 40 years of experience in family law and matrimonial law. Mr. Roberts emphasizes a team approach on each legal matter working with Debbie Eisenstadt, a certified paralegal, who has been with him since 1997. Mr. Roberts volunteers his time addressing divorce support groups. His firm serves all of Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Manhattan. Mr. Roberts served on the Nassau County Early Neutral Evaluation Panel.
