Marc Yonker was born on November 23, 1966 in Louisville, KY. His father proudly worked for GE at Appliance Park. Following his graduation from high school Mr. Yonker moved to Tampa, Florida to attend college. Mr. Yonker graduated from the University of South Florida in 1990 and went on to attend law school at Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, graduating in 1993. Mr. Yonker was married to his wife Joell in 1995. They have two wonderful children. Mr. Yonker's career has been dedicated to representing injured parties. Mr. Yonker has never represented insurance companies and never will. He prides himself on aggressively representing individuals against large insurance companies. Mr. Yonker's experience includes litigation in both state and federal courts. The law firm concentrates in Personal Injury, Auto Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Death & Serious Injury, Slip & Fall Accidents, Nursing Home Neglect, and Medical Malpractice.
