Biography

Marcos Kraemer is a licensed attorney practicing law in Panama with offices located in Panama City and Chiriqui, David. He is the founder and a managing partner of Kraemer & Kraemer. In 2018, Kraemer & Kraemer celebrated 10 years of experience, trust and excellence in business, real estate, tax and immigration law. After studying in the United States as foreign exchange student, Kraemer returned to Panama to obtain his law degree. He graduated from the National University of Panama in 2006 and received his Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2008 at Ulacit University. In addition to Spanish, Kraemer is fluent in English and Portuguese. Prior to founding Kraemer & Kraemer, Kraemer had worked in sales, legal, and operations of both multinationals and startups.

He is duly registered at the Attorney’s Register List of the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama, a member of the Panama National Bar Association, and a member of the Inter-American Bar Associacion.
