As a preeminent estate planning attorney, Margaret appreciates that every client is unique. Margaret has represented Personal Representatives, Co-Personal Representatives, or Trustees in over 700 different cases involving decedent’s estates.

Margaret graduated from Creighton Law School in May 1992 and started her legal career as a Deputy County Attorney in the Douglas County Nebraska County Attorney’s Office. Since 1998, Margaret has been bringing her very personal approach to the private practice of law and client rapport to an Estate Planning practice creating exceptional Trusts and Wills, and guiding clients in Guardianships and Conservatorships, Trust Administration and Settlement, determinations of Nebraska inheritance Tax, and Probate.

Margaret was the founding member of Badura & Wintz Law LLC which has now merged with Gross Welch Marks Clare P.C. L.L.O. Badura & Wintz Law annually ranked among Omaha’s Top Tier Best Law Firms in Trust & Estates Law, Elder Law, Business Organizations (including LLCs and partnerships), and Employee Benefits Law (ERISA).
