Biography

Margaret 'Maggie' Jabour Larguier is an Associate with the firm's Tampa office. She is an experienced litigation attorney and specializes in the area of health care law defense including long-term care, nursing home, assisted living, and medical malpractice. She has also handled Florida National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) cases and represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other health care providers. In addition to trial and mediation, Ms. Larguier has experience in enforcing arbitration agreements and resolving matters in the arbitration forum. Her practice area also includes numerous other general civil and commercial litigation matters. Ms. Larguier’s primary focus is to resolve litigation matters for clients to their utmost satisfaction and in the most efficient and cost effective means possible.

Ms. Larguier received her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson College of Law in 2000 and graduated summa cum laude. She also earned a master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Mass Communications from the University of South Florida. While in law school, Ms. Larguier worked in the United States Attorney’s Office, served as an intern for Chief Justice for the Middle District of Florida Elizabeth A. Kovachevich and United States Magistrate Judge of the Middle District Judge Thomas B. McCoun, III.

Ms. Larguier has served as past secretary of Judge John M. Scheb Tampa Bay Inn of Court and has been involved in speaking at national seminars for long-term care provider associations including the American Health Lawyers Association.
