Biography

Margaret joined Koskoff in 2024, bringing extensive experience as an Assistant United States Attorney in Connecticut and a lawyer in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. Joining Koskoff to enhance the firearms litigation practice, she began representing government officials in federal litigation in 2025. As a federal prosecutor, her cases involved firearms, domestic terrorism, and violent crimes, successfully trying numerous cases and arguing before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Her military career included deployments with the 101st Airborne Division and 5th Special Forces Group, earning a Bronze Star for her service.
