Margaret Mccandless Niver

Some of Ms. Niver's work was peripheral evidence in a matter I handled. Peripheral as it was, her work struck me because the position she asserted was demonstrably disingenuous. The situation was aggravated in view of what was suspicious (it turned out to be fraudulent) conduct on the part of her client. Call me old school, but I am deeply concerned when lawyers, particularly from well respected firms, are less than candid in their communications. Read less
