Biography

Mariadelmar is a litigation attorney at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in the Orlando, FL office. She represents clients who have been involved in different types of accidents resulting in catastrophic personal injury or wrongful death. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Mariadelmar is originally from Cali, Colombia and immigrated to Central Florida with her family where she grew up and finished her studies. Her passion and journey into the legal profession began in 2012 when she was hired as a receptionist at a personal injury law firm in Orlando. In just 3 short months she demonstrated her valuable skills and was promoted to the position of Pre-Suit Paralegal, eventually earning the title of Case Manager. As a Case Manager, she assisted hundreds of clients who were victims of car accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, dogs bites, and trip and fall cases. Mariadelmar continued to work as a Case Manager while attending the University of Central Florida where she graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and minor in Journalism.

In 2019, Mariadelmar received her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of with Honors in Environmental and Earth Law. While in law school, Mariadelmar focused her studies on trial advocacy, alternative dispute resolutions, and Environmental Jurisprudence. At Barry, she was a member of the nationally recognized Barry University Trial Team. During her second year of law school, she competed in The Florida Bar Chester H. Bedell Mock Trial Competition. In 2018, she was selected to compete in the Florida Justice Association’s Honorable E. Earle Zehmer Memorial Mock Trial Competition, where she took first place after beating 15 teams from 8 Florida law schools. The following year, she returned to compete in The Florida Bar Chester H. Bedell Mock Trial Competition where she placed 4th.

Mariadelmar joins Morgan & Morgan with 10 years of combined experience in the area of personal injury. As a litigation attorney, she is committed to zealously advocate for her clients both in and out of court to obtain successful results.
