Biography

Marianne Howland is a 2006 graduate from the Texas A&M University School of Law. She handles adoptions, custody battles, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorces, post-divorce modifications and enforcement. While Howland is comfortable in the courtroom litigating cases for her clients, she encourages clients to settle their issues amicably whenever possible.

She has also been representing students in education matters such as discipline, discrimination, and placement for several years.

Howland is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section, the State Bar of Texas Trial Section, the Dallas Bar Association and Oak Cliff Women and Business. She specializes in school and family law.
