Biography

Ms. McGinty has devoted the last decade of her career exclusively to Pennsylvania family law issues and has helped countless people navigate the complexities of divorce, custody, and support.

Marianne has a passion and dedication to helping clients confront the legal issues and challenges brought about by separation and divorce, with advocacy, skill, and compassion.

Ms. McGinty is a lifelong Pennsylvania resident who was born and raised in Lower Bucks County. After graduating from Neshaminy High School, Marianne attended Rider University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and then attended Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA. After graduating from law school, Ms. McGinty worked at the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Asset Forfeiture Unit, as well as the litigation department at GMAC Mortgage.

Ms. McGinty is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Marianne resides in Bucks County with her husband and their three children.
