Marie Appel

Open for Business
Marie Appel: Attorney with Bradley/Grombacher, LLP

Biography

Marie Noel Appel has spent her career standing up for the underdog. Whether she’s taking on tech giants or massive manufacturers, she is dedicated to making sure large corporations are held accountable when they mistreat consumers. For over fifteen years, she cut her teeth on significant class actions involving everything from improper billing to protecting veterans' benefits. She even spent several years providing free legal services to low-income families and training the next generation of lawyers as an adjunct professor. Since returning to private practice and joining Bradley/Grombacher LLP in 2025, Marie hasn't slowed down. She’s been at the forefront of major cases involving defective Apple watches, faulty medical devices, and dangerous vehicle defects. She doesn't just litigate, she teaches and volunteers, staying deeply connected to the community through pro bono clinics. With a J.D. from the University of San Francisco and a heart for public service, Marie brings a unique blend of high-level legal expertise and genuine compassion to every case she handles. She knows the system, she knows how to win, and she is exactly the kind of advocate you want on your side.
