Biography

Marina Maher Moussa is a Partner in the firm's Tampa office. She practices in the area of general civil litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, premises liability, security negligence, and products liability.

A Florida native, Ms. Moussa obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. She earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law, graduating cum laude and in the top 20% of her class. Ms. Moussa served on the Ave Maria Law Review and was President of the Student Bar Association. During her time in law school, she competed in multiple appellate and trial competitions, winning two, and being named best oralist in both and receiving best brief in an appellate competition. She also remained very active in the community, receiving a pro bono recognition award.

While in law school, Ms. Moussa was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Carol Mirando of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. After interning for another defense firm, Marina came to clerk for Cole, Scott, & Kissane.
