She then obtained her Juris Doctorate in April, 1993 from Brigham Young University - J. Reuben Clark Law School. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada (October 1993), State Bar of Utah (April 1994), and is admitted to practice law before the State and Federal Courts of Nevada and Utah, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. Supreme Court.
