Biography

Mark A. Kepple is a Member of the law firm of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC’s Wheeling office where he practices in general litigation successfully trying cases in Northern West Virginia and Eastern Ohio. Mr. Kepple’s particular interests include litigating personal injury matters, employment and civil rights disputes, consumer actions, product liability cases, construction defects and oil & gas disputes. Mr. Kepple blends traditional litigation tactics and old fashion common sense advice to form a unique and dynamic approach to solving complex problems and legal issues. This style is particularly valuable in complicated high stakes litigation or matters involving awkward, uncomfortable or “sensitive” facts.

Mr. Kepple lives in Wheeling, West Virginia with his wife and two children.
