No more than five percent of attorneys in the state achieve this level of recognition. First named a “Rising Star” by the magazine in both 2006 and 2007, Mr. Petraske was then selected to the Super Lawyers list in 2009, 2010, and 2011. Since 2014 and continuing through the present, Mr. Petraske has made the list of Super Lawyers every year. A frequent and sought-after speaker, Mr. Petraske has delivered lectures on a wide range of topics related to civil litigation, professional liability, and the defense of medical-malpractice cases.
