Mark C. Greene’s practice includes representation of corporate clients in multi-district toxic tort litigation, defense of product liability claims and representation of attorneys in legal malpractice actions. In the course of his career, he has defended cases involving many diverse products, including construction materials, heavy industrial machinery, smoke alarms, paints, varnishes, solvents, swimming pool equipment, pharmaceuticals, syringes, breast implants, toys, maritime vessels, household and industrial chemicals, tires, heavy equipment, sports equipment and various asbestos and benzene-containing products.
