Selected by The San Diego Daily Transcript in 2006 as one of "San Diego's Top Attorneys" in the Corporate Litigation category, and named as an "Influential" - one of the people with the greatest influence on the San Diego business community in 2006. Numerous lectures and trial demonstrations, including the ABA's National Institute, "How to Win a Business Jury Trial," the Annual Trial Demonstration Programs for the Litigation Section of the California State Bar and for the Association of Business Trial Attorneys.
