Mark Gallagher earned a B.A. in economics from Tufts
University in 1985 and a law degree from Boston University School of Law in
1988. During law school, he served as the Case and Note Editor for the Annual
Review of Banking Law. After gaining experience in Boston and Washington, D.C.,
where he worked with the Office of the General Counsel for the U.S. Small
Business Administration, he established his legal practice in Hawaii in 1993,
focusing on personal injury cases.
Mark is an active member of the Hawaii legal community, having served as a
director and officer of the Hawaii Association for Justice. He is also a past
director of the Hawaii State Bar Association and contributes to its Attorney
Client Relations Committee. Throughout his career, Mark has remained committed
to advocating for individuals injured due to negligence, offering dedicated
representation and guidance.
