Biography

Mark Magnozzi is a founding partner of Magnozzi & Kye, LLP. Born in New York, Mr. Magnozzi practices law in New York, New Jersey, California, and Pennsylvania, and he has experience providing legal counsel in other states. Graduating magna cum laude from CUNY in 1992, Mr. Magnozzi took a year to work before entering law school at Southern California's Pepperdine University, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1996. His many memberships include various state bar associations and the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), a group of expert bankruptcy and commercial law attorneys, and the Equipment Leasing & Financing Association. ELFA is a trade association serving commercial institutions in the United States.
