Mark Heywood Edwards

Mark Edwards, a founding partner of Edwards and Kautz since 2007, is dedicated to delivering high-quality legal representation. Known for his commitment to assisting those injured by others, Mark focuses on personal injury law, including medical malpractice, Social Security Disability, and bad faith insurance. His unique skills extend to representing clients involved in auto, truck, and motorcycle accidents, as well as workplace and product-related injuries. Mark's previous service in the Marine Corps, where he attained the rank of Major, underscores his dedication and tenacity. A long-standing member of the Kentucky Justice Association since 1989, he enhances his practice with extensive legal education, including a law degree from the University of Kentucky and further training at the Naval Justice School. Mark enjoys spending time with his four children—Michelle, Brian, Nick, and Erika—and pursues hobbies like auto racing, golf, cycling, and horse racing.
