Mark Bernstein is a distinguished attorney and community leader with a profound commitment to public service. Serving on the Board of Directors for Detroit Public Television, Mark has also been an influential figure in the Jewish Federation of Washtenaw County, acting as Chairperson of the Community Relations Committee, and contributing to Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County. His leadership extends to the University of Michigan Hillel, where he held roles on both the Governing Board and Board of Trustees.Celebrated for his dedicated service, Mark was recently honored with the Congressman John Conyers, Jr. Public Official Award from The ARC Detroit. Additionally, he received the Washtenaw Association for Justice Outstanding Attorney Award in 2011, and the Claire and Isadore Bernstein Award for his contributions to Jewish Family Services.A proud beneficiary of Michigan’s public education, Mark holds three degrees from the University of Michigan in law, business, and the arts.
