Biography

Mark Kelly practices commercial litigation. Mark earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee

College of Law where he graduated magna cum laude, in the top 8% of his class. During his time in law

school, Mark served as a Research Editor and Web Editor for the Tennessee Law Review. He also was

selected to be a part of the 2020 National Moot Court Team, which placed first in the region and

reached the quarter final round of the National competition. Mark was awarded the Center for

Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Brief Writing Award for his efforts as a part of the National Moot Court

Team. After graduating law school, Mark served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Thomas W. Brothers in the

Sixth Circuit Court for Davidson County, Tennessee for two years. Mark has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas with majors in Political Science, International Relations, and Latino Studies as well as a minor in Spanish. Prior to law school, Mark worked for a local nonprofit providing adult education and vocational skills training.
